Job description: Monitor internal and external order executions to ensure accurate and timely trade confirmations, adherence to regulatory obligations and delivery of good customer outcomes. Review and analyze trading activity across all applicable asset classes. We have over 17,000 instruments, globally, including stocks, ETFs, futures and forex, all available as fractions. Ensure accurate pricing of products and system performance. Produce effective KPIs to review trading data. Identify optimizations to system parameters to drive execution quality. Work with internal stakeholders to develop business specifications for trading/risk tools and other feature enhancements. Conduct ongoing Best Execution monitoring and produce monthly management information to present to internal committees. Perform post-trade surveillance tasks.
