⚠️ Affiliate Disclosure: FXVNPro acts as an Introducing Broker (IB) for the brokers listed on this page. We earn a commission when you register through our links — this is also how we fund the rebate cashback we pay back to traders. All rebate rates have been verified directly with broker IB desks as of May 2026 and may change without notice.

Quick Picks: Best Forex Rebates 2026

After 10 years of trading and running rebate programs for thousands of traders across Southeast Asia, here are my top picks based on actual payout history — not broker marketing materials:

  • 🥇 Best overall rebate rate: XM — up to $18/lot on XAUUSD, weekly payout, reliable for 5+ years
  • 🥈 Best for professional/ECN traders: IC Markets — tighter spreads offset by consistent $4/lot rebate on Raw account
  • 🥉 Best for low-volume beginners: Tickmill — $7/lot with no minimum volume requirement, USDT payout within 3 business days

Who Am I and Why Trust This Review?

My name is Ly Duc Duy. I have been trading Forex and managing IB (Introducing Broker) accounts since 2015 — over 10 years in this market.

I started FXVNPro as a personal project after realizing most “rebate comparison” sites publish rates they’ve never actually received. Every rate on this page comes from:

  1. My own active IB accounts with each broker
  2. Verified payout records from traders in our network
  3. Direct communication with broker IB/partnership desks

I trade XAUUSD and major pairs primarily. I have personally received rebate payouts from XM, Tickmill, and IC Markets every single month since at least 2022. Screenshots of payout records are available on our Rebate Service page.

What Are Forex Rebates and How Do They Actually Work?

A forex rebate (also called cashback) is a portion of the spread or commission that gets returned to you each time you open and close a trade — regardless of whether you win or lose.

How the money flows:

Broker → pays commission to IB (FXVNPro) → IB shares portion back to trader = YOUR REBATE

The rebate does not change your spread or execution. It is paid separately, usually weekly or monthly, directly to your nominated wallet or account.

Rebates vs Bonuses: An Important Distinction

Many traders confuse rebates with deposit bonuses. They are very different:

Rebates Deposit Bonuses
Based on Trading volume (lots) Deposit amount
Win/loss condition Paid regardless of profit/loss Often forfeited if you withdraw
Withdrawal rules Usually unrestricted Often come with lot requirements
Long-term value Compounds with volume One-time or time-limited
Best for Active, consistent traders New account promotions only

My honest opinion after 10 years: Rebates are almost always more valuable than bonuses for traders who trade more than 10 lots per month. Bonuses look attractive upfront but the withdrawal conditions often make them worthless.

How Forex Rebates Are Calculated

Rebates are calculated per standard lot (100,000 units of base currency). For commodities like XAUUSD (Gold), one standard lot = 100 oz.

Example calculation:
You trade 20 lots of XAUUSD in April with XM.
XM rebate rate via FXVNPro: $18 per lot
Your rebate for April: 20 × $18 = $360 USDT

This $360 is paid to you regardless of your trading result. If you lost money that month, you still receive $360. If you made money, the rebate adds on top.

At higher volumes, this compounds significantly. A trader doing 100 lots/month with XM earns $1,800/month in rebates — purely from cashback.

My Honest Breakdown: XM vs Tickmill vs IC Markets

I have active IB relationships with all three. Here is my unfiltered take after years of working with each:

🥇 XM — Best for Most Traders

✅ What I like:

  • Highest rebate rate on XAUUSD ($18/lot) of any broker I work with
  • Weekly payouts — never missed a single payment since 2020
  • Very low minimum deposit ($5), accessible to beginners
  • Excellent support for Vietnamese traders specifically

⚠️ What to watch:

  • Spreads on Standard account are wider than ECN brokers — the rebate partially offsets this
  • Not ideal if you need raw spreads for scalping strategies

👤 Who it’s for: Traders who trade XAUUSD on Standard accounts, beginners, traders who want reliable weekly cashback without complexity.

🥈 Tickmill — Best Balance of Spread + Rebate

✅ What I like:

  • Tighter spreads than XM on most instruments
  • Pro account offers genuine ECN-style execution
  • Rebate + tight spread combination works very well for scalpers
  • Regulated by FCA (UK) — strong regulatory backing

⚠️ What to watch:

  • Rebate rate ($7/lot XAUUSD) is lower than XM
  • Less known among Vietnamese traders; support can be slower

👤 Who it’s for: More experienced traders who want better execution quality and don’t mind a lower rebate rate in exchange.

🥉 IC Markets — Best for High-Volume Professional Traders

✅ What I like:

  • Consistently the tightest spreads I have seen on XAUUSD (0.0–0.1 pips on Raw)
  • cTrader platform available — excellent for algo/EA traders
  • Rebate stacks well on top of already low trading costs

⚠️ What to watch:

  • Monthly (not weekly) payout — cash flow planning required
  • Minimum 10 lots to receive rebate payout
  • Higher minimum deposit for Raw account ($200)

👤 Who it’s for: Professional traders, EA/algo traders, anyone trading 50+ lots/month who prioritizes execution over rebate rate.

How to Start Receiving Rebates with FXVNPro

The process is straightforward. There are no extra fees — the rebate comes from FXVNPro’s IB commission share:

  1. Register a new account with your chosen broker using the FXVNPro referral link (links in the comparison table above)
  2. Send us your account number via our Contact page or Telegram
  3. Trade normally — we track your volume automatically through the IB dashboard
  4. Receive your rebate on the scheduled payout date (weekly or monthly depending on broker)
💡 Already have an existing account? Unfortunately, most brokers do not allow IB reassignment on existing accounts. You would need to open a new account under our referral link to qualify for rebates. Contact us first and we can check your specific situation.

Real Payout Example: What I Actually Received in April 2026

To demonstrate this is real and not theoretical, here is a summary from my own trading account (XM Standard, XAUUSD):

  • 📊 Lots traded in April 2026: 47 lots
  • 💰 Rebate rate: $18 / lot
  • ✅ Total rebate received: $846 USDT
  • 📅 Payout date: Every Tuesday
  • 🔗 Payout method: USDT TRC20

This rebate was received regardless of my P&L for the month. It does not replace good trading — but it meaningfully reduces net costs over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the rebate affect my spread or execution?

No. The rebate is paid separately from your trading account. Your spread, execution speed, and trading conditions remain identical to any other trader at that broker.

Can I withdraw rebates to a Vietnamese bank account?

Currently we pay rebates via USDT (TRC20 network). From USDT, you can convert and withdraw to VND through local exchanges such as Remitano, Binance P2P, or direct bank transfer services. We are working on adding direct VND bank transfer options.

What happens to my rebate if I lose money trading?

Nothing — you still receive the full rebate based on your lot volume. Rebates are calculated on closed trades, not on profit or loss. A losing month still earns you the same rebate as a winning month with the same volume.

How long does it take to receive the first payout?

For weekly brokers (XM, Tickmill), your first payout comes within 7 days of your first qualifying trade. For monthly brokers (IC Markets), at the end of the calendar month. Allow 1–3 extra business days for USDT network processing.

Is there a minimum lot requirement?

For XM and Tickmill — no minimum. For IC Markets — minimum 10 lots per month. If you trade less than 10 lots in a month with IC Markets, that month’s rebate rolls over to the following month.

Can I get rebates on multiple brokers simultaneously?

Yes. Many traders in our network use 2–3 brokers at the same time and receive rebates from each. There is no conflict or restriction on doing this.

What if my broker account is suspended or closed?

We can only pay rebates for active, in-good-standing accounts. If your account is suspended, rebates for that period will be held until the account status is resolved. We recommend contacting your broker directly first, then informing us.

Are rebates taxable?

This depends on your country’s tax laws. In Vietnam, rebate income may be considered miscellaneous income. We recommend consulting a local tax advisor. FXVNPro does not provide tax advice.

Summary: Which Rebate Program Should You Choose?

Your situation Best choice
New trader, small account XM — lowest barrier, highest XAUUSD rebate, weekly payout
Experienced, care about spreads Tickmill — better execution + decent rebate
High volume, 50+ lots/month IC Markets — best raw spreads, rebate stacks well
Want multiple brokers XM + IC Markets combination works well
