FXVNPro Browser Trading Extension Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how FXVNPro Browser Trading, a Chrome browser extension provided by FXVNPro, handles information when you use the extension and its connected trading services.

FXVNPro Browser Trading is designed to let users send and manage trading commands from Chrome through their own connected MT4 or MT5 terminal using the FXVNPro Browser Trading Bridge.

We designed the extension to use only the information necessary to provide its trading, connection, synchronization, verification, and optional sharing features.

2. Information the Extension Handles

Connection and Authentication Information

The extension may store and process an FXVNPro connection token or connection code used to identify and authenticate the MT4/MT5 connection selected by the user.

This information may be stored locally using Chrome extension storage and transmitted to FXVNPro servers when required to provide Browser Trading functionality.

Trading and Execution Information

When you use Browser Trading, the extension may transmit or receive trading-related information such as:

  • Trading symbol or instrument
  • BUY or SELL direction
  • Lot size
  • Stop Loss
  • Take Profit
  • Trade or setup identifier
  • MetaTrader ticket number
  • Execution status
  • Selected execution prices
  • Trade-level profit or loss
  • Information required to modify or close a trade

This information is used to send user-requested trading commands, receive MetaTrader acknowledgements, synchronize trade status, and display trading activity.

3. Information We Do Not Require From the Extension

FXVNPro Browser Trading does not require users to provide their broker trading password to the Chrome extension.

The extension is not designed to collect:

  • Browser history
  • Content from unrelated websites
  • Health information
  • GPS or precise location
  • Contacts
  • Email messages
  • Keystroke logs
  • Mouse movement or browsing-behavior logs

The extension’s host access is limited to FXVNPro domains required for its functionality.

4. Local Chrome Storage

FXVNPro Browser Trading uses Chrome’s local extension storage to maintain information necessary for the user experience.

This may include:

  • FXVNPro connection tokens
  • Saved MT4/MT5 connections
  • Selected connection
  • Trading preferences
  • Optional Telegram sharing preferences
  • Local synchronization state

This allows the extension to maintain the user’s Browser Trading configuration between browser sessions.

5. How Information Is Used

Information handled by the extension is used only to provide and support its user-facing functionality, including:

  • Authenticating an FXVNPro Browser Trading connection
  • Connecting Chrome with the user’s MT4/MT5 trading workflow
  • Sending user-requested trading commands
  • Retrieving MetaTrader execution acknowledgements
  • Displaying execution status and ticket information
  • Modifying or closing supported trades
  • Synchronizing trading records
  • Supporting broker-acknowledged trade verification
  • Maintaining extension settings and connections
  • Supporting optional verified-trade sharing initiated or enabled by the user

We do not use extension data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

6. Telegram Sharing

FXVNPro Browser Trading may provide an optional feature that allows users to share eligible broker-acknowledged or verified trades to a Telegram destination they have connected.

Telegram sharing is optional and must be configured or enabled by the user.

The extension does not require access to a user’s private Telegram conversations for normal Browser Trading functionality.

7. Data Sharing and Sale

FXVNPro does not sell user data collected through the Browser Trading extension.

We do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to the extension’s stated functionality.

Information may be processed by infrastructure or service providers when technically necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or deliver the FXVNPro Browser Trading service, subject to applicable privacy and security requirements.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.

8. Permissions Used by the Extension

Storage

The storage permission is used to save connection information, selected MT4/MT5 connections, preferences, optional sharing settings, and synchronization state.

Alarms

The alarms permission is used for short delayed or retry checks associated with trading actions, MetaTrader acknowledgements, trade-status synchronization, and optional verified-trade sharing.

It is not intended for advertising or unrelated background monitoring.

Host Permissions

The extension requests access to:

fxvnpro.com

This access is required to communicate with FXVNPro Browser Trading and related FXVNPro APIs, including connection authentication, trading commands, execution acknowledgements, trade synchronization, and user-requested FXVNPro workflow pages.

9. Remote Code

FXVNPro Browser Trading does not intentionally download or execute remote JavaScript or WebAssembly as part of the extension.

Executable extension JavaScript is packaged with the Chrome extension.

Communication with FXVNPro servers is used to exchange data required for the extension’s functionality and does not by itself involve executing remotely hosted extension code.

10. Data Security

FXVNPro uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information processed through Browser Trading.

However, no internet transmission, browser extension, trading platform, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for protecting access to their devices, Chrome profile, FXVNPro connection information, MetaTrader terminal, and trading accounts.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide Browser Trading, trading synchronization, verification, security, troubleshooting, and related functionality, or as required by applicable obligations.

Users may remove locally stored extension information by removing saved connections or uninstalling the extension.

12. Third-Party Services

Browser Trading may interact with services selected or configured by the user, including MetaTrader and optional Telegram functionality.

Those third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

FXVNPro is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party platforms.

13. Trading Risk

FXVNPro Browser Trading is a trading execution and management interface.

It does not guarantee execution outcomes, trading performance, investment returns, or profits.

Trading forex, CFDs, and other leveraged financial products involves substantial risk.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Browser Trading functionality, legal requirements, or privacy practices change.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
