INSTALLATION GUIDE

Install in MetaTrader 5

  1. 1. Download the EX5 EAClick Download MT5 Connector (.ex5). No source code or compilation is required.
  2. 2. Open the MT5 Data FolderIn MetaTrader 5 choose File → Open Data Folder.
  3. 3. Copy the EAOpen MQL5 → Experts and copy FXVNPro_MT5_Bridge.ex5 there.
  4. 4. Refresh Trading Programs (Expert Advisors)Return to MT5. In Navigator, right-click Trading Programs (Expert Advisors) and choose Refresh. No MetaEditor compile is needed.
  5. 5. Allow FXVNPro ConnectionGo to Tools → Options → Expert Advisors, enable Allow FXVNPro Connection for listed URL, then add https://www.fxvnpro.com.
  6. 6. Start the connectorAttach FXVNMT5 Connection to a chart and enable Algo Trading.
  7. 7. Connect itIn Trade Idea Builder choose Send This Trade to MT4/MT5, create/copy your Connection Code, and paste it into the EA input BridgeKey.
  8. 8. Test with confirmation enabledKeep ConfirmBeforeTrade = true for the first tests so every incoming setup requires your approval inside MT5.

What FXVNPro does and does not receive

Trade Trade result dataTrade ID, symbol/setup data, execution status, trade-level close/result data, R result and trade-level P/L needed for verification.
Not required by this bridgeMT5 password, real account number, account balance, account equity, email and real name.

MetaTrader verification means the bridge reported the execution/result for that FXVNPro trade. It is not a guarantee that a setup is profitable, accurate or suitable for another trader. Trading involves risk.

About the FXVNMT5 Connection

FXVNMT5 Connection connects Trade Idea Builder to your MetaTrader 5 terminal through MetaTrader 5 built-in web connection. The bridge is designed so traders can review and TRADE their own setups without sending an MT5 password, real account number, balance, equity, email or real name to FXVNPro.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does FXVNMT5 Connection require a DLL?

No. The current bridge uses native MetaTrader 5 WebRequest and does not require external DLL files.

Do I need to share my MT5 password?

No. Your MT5 login password is not required by the FXVNPro website or connection flow.

What must I allow in MetaTrader 5?

Enable Allow FXVNPro Connection for listed URL in Tools > Options > Trading Programs (Expert Advisors) and add https://www.fxvnpro.com to the allowed URL list.

Can I use Trade Idea Builder without MT5?

Yes. MT5 connection is optional. You can create, analyze and share trading ideas without installing the bridge.
